Mission Statement

Park Ridge Christian School exists to partner with families in providing a Christ-centered education that develops strong faith, academic excellence, Christian character, personal responsibility, and a lifelong love of learning.

 

Through Biblical truth, meaningful relationships, and high expectations, we strive to help students build a lasting foundation of faith, character, wisdom, and knowledge that will guide them throughout their lives and prepare them to lead, serve, and positively impact their families, churches, communities, and future generations.

This verse reflects the responsibility shared by parents, teachers, and school leaders to guide students in faith, character, wisdom, and knowledge. At Park Ridge Christian School, we believe education extends beyond academics and includes the development of Christian character, personal responsibility, strong values, and a lifelong commitment to learning.

 

We believe the lessons learned, habits formed, and values developed during childhood help establish a foundation that influences students long after they leave the classroom.

 

Educational Philosophy

At Park Ridge Christian School, we believe every student is created by God and is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), with unique gifts, purpose, and worth in His sight.

 

We believe education extends beyond academics and includes the development of Christian character, personal responsibility, wisdom, integrity, and a lifelong commitment to learning. Our goal is to help students grow spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally in an environment grounded in Biblical truth and Christian love.

 

We believe students are called to grow as diligent learners who pursue truth, integrity, and excellence in all areas of life, striving to be those who “study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15 KJV).

We are committed to creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment where students are known, valued, and challenged to reach their God-given potential. We encourage excellence while teaching humility, integrity, respect, responsibility, and servant leadership as daily habits of life.

 

Our desire is that every student who comes through our doors not only gains knowledge, but also develops wisdom, discernment, and a heart for serving others, leaving PRCS equipped for life and anchored in their faith.

 

In keeping with Christ’s teaching, we desire that our students live as “the salt of the earth” and “the light of the world” (Matthew 5:13-16 KJV), reflecting God’s truth, love, and goodness in their words, actions, and influence wherever they go.
